Supported Internships
Information Evening - Wednesday 22nd October 4:15pm at The Wherry School and online.
The Wherry School and Aviva have partnered to offer a Supported Internship for young people interested in moving into the world of work in a supported manner. They are supported in this by DFN Project Search and Pluss.
For a year students will spend time both as a part of The Wherry School's sixth form, completing a level 2 Business Management qualification and within Aviva's Norwich offices working alongside one of the professional teams, learning the skills required to succeed in the world of work. A coach is on site with the interns offering support at all times.
The internship is open to young people aged 16-19 on 1st September 2026, with a diagnosis of autism and an EHCP.
If you would like to find out more information come along to our Information Evening at The Wherry School, Hall Road, on Wednesday 22nd October at 4:15pm or join us online here.
