Extended Schools & Holiday Provision

Throughout the year, The Wherry School offers the chance for pupils to attend Activity Days.  The on-going COVID 19 related health crisis has affected our capacity to offer in school holiday provision in the shorter holiday periods. We will continue to keep this under review into 2021 - 22.

Activity Days & weeks

These Activity Days run from 9am-4pm and offer the pupils lots of exciting opportunities to learn new skills with their friends, visits include norfolk attractions and improve their self-confidence, communication and social skills. Previously, pupils have visited cinemas, zoos and outdoor activity centres along with participating in circus skills workshops, puppet making activities, rock climbing, ten pin bowling and mini golf just to name a few. There is a charge for these days and if transport to and from school is required, the school can support with these upon request.
